Andrew & Rose Pollard founded A&R Bar-B-Q in 1983 as a fast-food take-out restaurant. Over the years, it grew, providing customers the option of dining-in, as well as catering. When the company first opened, a very small menu provided barbeque and hamburgers and service walk-in customers only.
